Brock Commons opening ceremony

On Thursday, October 3, 2024, UBC celebrated the official completion of Brock Commons and the opening of Brock Commons North and South, with a ceremony in the beautiful new Brock Commons South atrium.

Brock Commons is now home to over one thousand student residents, with Brock Commons South also providing 37 new child care spaces at Heron’s Landing, a new Hero | Harvest market and cafe and a variety of student services from the Vice-President, Students portfolio, plus other academic and administrative spaces.
