Hosted by SHCS HR, join us for a workshop on navigating challenging conversations with the Justice Institute of BC.
In this workshop, you’ll learn about:

• Defining and communicating successful outcomes during challenging conversations.
• Communicating in a thoughtful and respectful manner.
• Managing emotional responses with tact and sensitivity,
• Concluding a challenging conversation in a way that sets the stage for future collaboration.
