In September 2024, the Counsellors in Residence team in Vancouver, which formerly booked student appointments via email, moved to Student Health and Wellbeing’s new, online booking system powered by Telus Health.
This online booking system allows students to easily choose an appointment time that works best for them, and it has worked so well that the Counsellors have consistently been booked two weeks out and students typically scoop up appointments within a few hours of them becoming available.
