From September 9 to 11, the Food Services Nutrition and Wellbeing team, led by Gloria Sun, organized a series of Dining Room Hacks tours for new residents at our three residence dining halls in Vancouver. Guided by student Nutrition Education Volunteers, the team hosted 205 personalized tours in total.
Residents who attended were able to meet dining hall managers and chefs, sample some plant-based menu items and get a range of tips and tricks from the Eating Well with All Access Dining series, such as how to use Nutrislice, customize residence dining meals, along with general nutrition info about how to form a nutritious and balanced meal.
