This summer, our HR Organizational Development and Learning team worked with leadership in Child Care and Food Services to make important updates to the onboarding process and set new staff up for success. Together with Child Care, they launched a new onboarding program that introduces consistent checklists at each child care setting and two new self-paced orientation courses on Canvas. With Food Services, they helped develop a more tailored experience to meet the unique needs of different operations, including a new orientation course for retail staff.
