On Tuesday April 8, SHCS staff joined colleagues from across the Vice-President, Students portfolio for the final Not Myself Today (NMT) event of 2024/25, Coping Strategies to Boost Mental Health. Presented by Erica Altomare from UBC’s Workplace Wellbeing team, participants learned about and practiced practical and valuable stress management strategies.
