On Thursday, June 19, 2025, we hosted the 2025 OWC Summer Kickoff Carnival.
The carnival, organized by the SHCS Outstanding Workplace Committee (OWC), took place at the Orchard Commons courtyard.
More than 330 SHCS Vancouver staff enjoyed a complimentary lunch of hot dogs, popcorn, sundaes, churros, lemonade and iced tea. SHCS Staff competed in carnival games, from skeeball and hoop shot to axe throwing and bottle match.

Thanks to the OWC members who helped organize and staff the event, along with the SHCS Senior Leadership Team who helped run the carnival games.
