Please join us in congratulating Nicholas Dischiavi, a Residence Life Manager at UBC Okanagan. In early February, Nicholas was recognized with the New Professional of the Year award by the Northwest Association of University and College Housing Officers (NWACUHO).
Since joining the field as a professional in 2023, Nicholas has made significant and lasting contributions to the UBC Okanagan Residence Life program, our students and to the profession. Highlights from his nomination include engagement with Student Housing professional associations, outstanding dedication to student wellbeing and exemplary service in crisis response situations. Congratulations, Nicholas!
