The SHCS OWC (Outstanding Workplace Committee) is a group of employees from every department in SHCS, who put on events, activities, fundraising initiatives and more—to help make our workplace awesome!
The OWC has a particular focus on staff health and wellbeing, engagement, communication, sustainability awareness, and finding ways to improve our workplace.
