In August, the North building at Brock Commons Phase 2 will open, providing nearly 300 new student residence beds. This building will also be home to a new commuter student collegium. The South building, which is expected to open in 2024, will add an additional 300 beds and feature academic space, a Food Services retail location, student services, child care, and more. Learn more.
