If boundaries were easy to set, many would be more comfortable using the word “no.” As short as this word is, it can come with fear, anxiety, doubt and anxiousness, making it difficult for people to uphold personal and professional boundaries. This hybrid session will help participants uncover the benefits of having healthy boundaries and, more importantly, learn how to set them.
