Another year, another win 🏆⁠

UBC Food Services’ apprentices & Sage Restaurant competed against chefs from BaoDown UBC, Virtuous Pie and Nest Catering at the 6th Annual Chef Challenge. Sage Restaurant served up Grilled Octopus & Chorizo Mini Burrito paired with Wards Apple Cider, and the apprentice team delivered a delicious Lois Lake BC Steelhead Citrus Ceviche.
