On October 29, 2025, the Sunshine Committee at UBC Okanagan hosted a fun-filled, Halloween-themed afternoon cookie decorating workshop for Nechako staff.

Held in the Nechako boardroom, nearly 20 staff from across SHCS attended the workshop, which was led by Alessandra DiMattia, Nutrition Coordinator for UBC Okanagan Food Services.
