Summer Sizzler success!

On June 7, from noon to 1 pm, Food Services kicked off summer with this year’s Summer Sizzler event, which took place in conjunction with the first UBC Farm Wednesday Bookstore Market of the season. Chef Darren Clay, Executive Sous Chef for Residence Dining, showed a full house how to make a delicious Nicoise salad with fresh produce from UBC Farm. Find more Food Services summer events.
