This September, B.A.R.K. – a program that explores the role of therapy dogs in fostering well-being on campus and in the community – is celebrating 10-years of serving the UBC Okanagan community. To support this celebration, UBCO Food Services is donating homemade dog treats, baked by Chef Chelsea Ashcroft, for those in the campus community with four-legged friends. The recipe will also be shared for anyone who wants to bake their own treats, and later this fall, UBCO FS will also be selling baked goods (for humans, this time!), with proceeds going to B.A.R.K.
