On February 9, 2024, the BC government announced that over 700 spaces across BC would move into the $10 a Day ChildCareBC program. More than 300 of those are group child care spaces at UBC Child Care in Vancouver. Congratulations to the Child Care team on successfully applying for and receiving this approval, which means that all our pre-Kindergarten spaces are now $10 a day. Read the province’s announcement.
