This fall, in our residence dining halls and online, Food Services has been showcasing the local suppliers we work with, including Susgrainable, Big Mountain Foods, Brightside Foods, Save Da Sea, Grandpa J’s Seasoning, Living Tree Foods, Panela Lemon, Bonus Bakery, The Workshop Vegetarian Café, The Indian Pantry, and oomé. These suppliers align with the Food Services vision and values, and this series shows our commitment to sustainability, quality food, and supporting our local partners to help make UBC’s campus dining experience exceptional.
