On May 30 and June 6, our Not Myself Today ambassadors hosted fun and informative in-person sessions about positive ways to cope in times of change, delivered by Miranda Massie, M.Ed., from UBC Workplace Wellbeing. Nearly 60 staff from across SHCS attended these sessions, enjoyed some tasty snacks and refreshments, and took part in a range of activities to discover some great coping strategies backed by science.
