It’s official! Spoon, one of our UBC Okanagan food outlets, which serves delicious soups and stews, plus rice and focaccia bread, has reopened in the Arts and Science building—for the first time since 2020. Just in time for winter! Many thanks to superstar Sales Attendant Fred Guigue, who eagerly took on the big challenge of getting Spoon cleaned up, stocked and ready for service after a three year closure and who is now serving up both soup, stew and smiles to our hungry customers.
