Hosted by SHCS HR, join us for a workshop on navigating challenging conversations with the Justice Institute of BC.
In this workshop, you’ll learn about:
- Defining and communicating successful outcomes during challenging conversations.
- Communicating in a thoughtful and respectful manner.
- Managing emotional responses with tact and sensitivity,
- Concluding a challenging conversation in a way that sets the stage for future collaboration.
