We are excited to invite you to our first in-person Not Myself Today (NMT) session. It’s time to come together, meet new faces, and learn some powerful ways to boost your mental health.

This session will cover positive ways to cope in times of change. You’ll learn coping tips backed by science, and we’ll guide you through a mindfulness exercise. It will be a fun and informative session delivered by Miranda Massie, M.Ed, from UBC Workplace Wellbeing.
