We are excited to invite you to our first in-person Not Myself Today (NMT) session. It’s time to come together, meet new faces, and learn some powerful ways to boost your mental health.

Topic: Coping strategies to boost mental health

This session will cover positive ways to cope in times of change. You’ll learn coping tips backed by science, and we’ll guide you through a mindfulness exercise. It will be a fun and informative session delivered by Miranda Massie, M.Ed. and Erica Altomare, MEd, from UBC Workplace Wellbeing.
