If boundaries were easy to set, many would be more comfortable using the word “no.” As short as this word is, it can come with fear, anxiety, doubt and anxiousness, making it difficult for people to uphold personal and professional boundaries.
This hybrid session with registered psychotherapist, Jhanelle Peters will help participants uncover the benefits of having healthy boundaries and, more importantly, learn how to set them.

Event Details
It’s time for the SHCS Road Warriors—one of UBC’s top teams!—to get ready for the next round of Go by Bike Week (formerly Bike To Work Week), which takes place June 3–9.
We would love to have new SHCS recruits from all departments and divisions join the riders already on our roster.
The goal is to log the team’s bike rides during Go by Bike Week, any length and for any reason—such as riding to work, for fun, or while doing errands. Be part of the change and help make Metro Vancouver a happier, healthier place to live, work and play.
Prizes
Instead of daily prizes, you can win prizes from three different prize categories based on how many trips you log throughout the entire week. Remember: The more you ride, the more prizes you’re eligible to win!
How to register
Already registered on the SHCS Road Warriors team from a previous year?
If you’ve participated in Go by Bike Week before, you must activate your profile on the new site by resetting your password. Then click the Log My Ride button to register for Spring Go By Bike Week.
